Standard Production Time is 5 business days for website/catalog quantities, unless otherwise noted. Please consult us for specific lead times when placing your order. Lead times may exceed 1 week with larger quantities or custom orders. Rush services are available at an additional cost. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org
If a PDF proof is required please specify on PO. Depending on the job type seeIT Promotional may deem it necessary to send PDF proofs even without the customer requesting it. In the event a PDF proof is sent an approval would be required from the customer in order for production to proceed.
Cancellations / Order Changes
All cancellations or changes in orders MUST be sent via e-mail and acknowledged by factory in writing via email. An order will not be considered cancelled or changed if acknowledgement is not received.
A cancellation fee will be assessed in the event work has been performed or if order changes result in loss of product, materials or labor.

ImportantPlease remember, anytime you require a quote, please provide us with as much information as possible for the product, print specifications (size, imprint sides), proofing needs, ship-to location and in-hands date. In the interest of professionalism and to avoid discrepancies, company policy prohibits reps from quoting verbally. ONLY published website, catalog or written price quotes will be honored.
Payment TermsNew accounts are on a prepay, credit card basis until credit is established. Credit accounts are net 30 days. Aging begins day of shipment. Past due invoices are subject to a 1.5% per month or maximum allowed by law finance charge. All accounts not kept current will be returned to prepay, credit card terms.
Production of order will not begin until prepayment is received and/or account is current. In some instances production will not begin until prepayment has cleared. We accept Visa/MasterCard/Amex. Please provide credit card information with purchase order. Customers planning to pay by credit card MUST provide a credit card number with PO. We will not accept credit card payments beyond 10 days. A 3% fee will be imposed on charge cards authorized after 30 days of invoicing.
Setup charge for standard products: $25.00 (T/E) unless otherwise noted on product page.
Setup charge for custom shaped items: $50.00 (T/E) unless otherwise noted on product page.
Exact Re-Orders: Custom Shaped Items $25.00 (T/E).
Exact Re-Orders for standard products: No setup charge for re-orders within six months from previous order, beyond six months new charges apply.
Artwork Charges / Non Print Ready Artwork
Orders that require changes in art (when applicable) or, if artwork was not sent properly (not print ready), additional artwork fees may apply. Artwork is billed in quarter hour increments at $75 per hour (T/E).
Please note: Orders that require artwork will delay production time based on complexity of artwork.
Pricing on this website is subject to change without notice. All prices are F.O.B Factory. It may be necessary to adjust pricing due to material cost. Efforts will be made by our sales staff to notify you of these change if and when they occur.
Rush service is available but may not always be possible. Additional charges will apply based on production schedule and difficulty of the project. If rush service is required please contact factory prior to placing order. Rush service must be noted on PO.
Orders are normally shipped via UPS. seeIT Promotional will exercise its best judgment in obtaining the most economical method of shipment. Drop shipments are available at an additional charge of $5 net. Shipping charges are TBD when job is ready to ship. Third party shipper account are welcome at an additional charge. Handling charges are applied per box in shipment. seeIT Promotional will make an effort to bulk pack order in the minimum required boxes. All order are bulk packaged unless otherwise noted in product description.
Due to common carrier shipping limitations oversize packages may incur additional shipping costs.
At seeIt Promotional we make an effort to ship exact quantities. However, certain items may have Over or Under Runs due to the production process. We will not bill any difference in under runs from qty ordered. Any over runs are a gift to you and will not be charged. If exact qty is required please specify on PO.
